For a few select dates, we’ve paired our renowned Wine Sails featuring five delicious sommelier-curated wines with 500 fresh Maine oysters shucked right on board as we sail in pristine Casco Bay on the immaculate tall ship Frances. It's a truly unique and unforgettable way to experience the beauty of Portland, Maine.
This 2026 Wine Sail season offers 25 opportunities to join us on our highly-rated Wine & Oyster Sails and Champagne & Oyster Sails, where you'll sail through Maine’s stunning Casco Bay, taking in views of lighthouses, islands, and waterways while enjoying a selection of five fantastic wines paired with fresh Maine oysters. This immersive experience will be the highlight of your season!

Indulge in five delicious raw bar courses—featuring pristine seafood and high-quality wine pairings. Each course showcases the freshest seafood imaginable—harvested just hours before from Maine’s working waterfront—prepared with just the right touch. Savor a curated selection of the season’s finest delicacies: scallops, freshly shucked oysters, little neck clams, Jonah crab claws, and crudos such as Atlantic fluke, salmon, or black sea bass.
