Congratulations—you've secured your tickets for a Wine Wise Wine Cruise in Fort Lauderdale! Please add your Wine Cruise to your calendar and take a few moments to review the information below carefully.
This information applies to all passengers and contains important details regarding arrival time, parking, attire, weather policies, and more. Please forward this information to everyone in your party so that all guests arrive on time and fully prepared for an unforgettable afternoon or evening on the water.
Please bring your own bottled water or anything non-alcoholic that you would like to drink.
21+ EVENT
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. No refunds or compensation will be provided to anyone who is unable to produce a valid ID upon arrival.
LOCATION & ARRIVAL
Sea Rocket Sightseeing Cruises
801 Seabreeze Blvd, C-Dock
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Boarding begins approximately 15 minutes before departure. We strongly recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow ample time for traffic and parking.
Please find parking before making your way to the departure location. Once you arrive at 801 Seabreeze Blvd, proceed toward the marina and waterfront docks. Walk toward C-Dock and look for our distinctive red, white, and blue passenger vessel, located approximately 300 feet west of Marina Village. You will also see the blue Sea Rocket booth near the dock area.
There is no formal check-in process upon arrival. Simply relax near the Sea Rocket booth while we prepare for departure. A member of the Wine Wise team will gather guests and provide boarding instructions when it is time to board.
TRAFFIC
Fort Lauderdale is a popular destination, and traffic near the beach, marinas, and Las Olas area can become congested, particularly on weekends, holidays, and during peak travel periods. Traffic and parking availability may vary throughout the day, so we strongly encourage allowing extra travel time.
PARKING
Please allow plenty of extra time to find parking.
Convenient paid parking is available at:
• Bahia Mar Resort & Marina
• Fort Lauderdale Beach Municipal Parking Lot
• Valet parking at Marina Village
Rideshare services are also an excellent option.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal items larger than a small crossbody bag will be stored below deck during the cruise. For safety and guest comfort, loose bags and backpacks are not permitted on the upper deck.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive after boarding has begun and the vessel is still dockside, please make your way directly to the vessel and notify a crew member immediately.
ATTIRE & TEMPERATURES
Temperatures can vary on the water, particularly during evening cruises. We recommend bringing a sweater, light jacket, or wrap to ensure your comfort.
For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing high heels.
RESTROOMS
Marine restrooms are available below deck.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Guest safety is our highest priority. We will not cruise in heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions.
If there is a possibility of inclement weather, we will send an email update to all guests the morning of the event. The Captain closely monitors weather conditions and will typically make the final decision approximately one hour before departure, or sooner if severe weather appears imminent.
If your Wine Cruise is canceled due to weather, you may choose one of the following options:
• Reschedule to another Wine Cruise
• Receive a credit toward a future Wine Wise experience
• Receive a full refund

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES & NO-SHOWS
As a small business hosting intimate experiences, cancellations and rescheduling requests significantly impact our operations. Because event days are often exceptionally busy, we may not see correspondence immediately. Therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests made with fewer than 72 hours' (3 days) notice.
Please contact us by replying directly to your ticket confirmation email so that we have all of the necessary information.
Wine Wise must be able to resell your tickets before any cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling requests can be honored. The earlier you notify us, the greater the likelihood that we will be able to assist you.
Cancellation Policy:
If your tickets are successfully resold, cancellations are subject to a $30 per-ticket cancellation fee. To avoid the cancellation fee, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member. Please provide us with the new guest's name and email address so that we may send them all event communications, including weather updates and arrival instructions.
Rescheduling Policy:
If your tickets are successfully resold, rescheduling requests are subject to a $15 per-ticket reschedule fee. Please note that if an event appears sold out or shows only one ticket remaining, that availability is accurate.
